How to set up a bank account?

Each seller may add up to five valid bank accounts following the steps below.

• Step 1: Go to TikTok Shop Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Bank Accounts
• Step 2: Click on "Link your Settlement Account"
• Step 3: Verify identity
• Step 4: Sellers will then be redirected to a new web page. Choose "Bank account" or "Pix account" and follow the steps on the screen to add account details.

Receive TikTok Shop Payouts

After the Settlement Period, if the seller's account balance is positive, the seller has entered valid tax information in Seller Center, and the seller has a withdrawal account, TikTok Shop will initiate a payout to the account.
The minimum payout amount is BRL 0.01.
The maximum payout amount is BRL 1,000,000.
Payouts may take around 0 to 2 business days, depending on the processing bank, for the funds to be credited to the sellers' bank account.

Sellers may check details of payouts on the Seller Center > Finance > Payouts.
Note: screenshots are only for reference. Actual interface display, amount and rates might be different.There are four payout statuses:

• All: sellers may find all payouts here.
• Paid: payouts that have successfully been credited to sellers' bank accounts.
• Failed: payouts whose transaction failed. Please visit the Help Center for support.
  • Potential causes of the error include:
    1. The term "payment detail" may be unclear. Consider using more precise terms such as "payment instrument," "settlement account," or "card account."
    2. In Brazil, missing valid tax information does not prevent payouts from being processed.
• Processing: payouts that are under banks' processing. It may take around 1 to 3 business days for the funds to be credited to the sellers' bank account, or around 1 business day for the funds to be credited to the seller's Pix account.

Clicking "View details" of each payout will bring sellers to the settlement statements page, displaying all statements related to the payout. Each payout may contain more than one statement. Sellers may learn more about settlement statement breakdown here.
Sellers may also export all payouts within a period of time and download their details as an Excel file for further analysis and reconciliation.
